We take calls on quick disconnect oil pans, power steering, shifting a manual vehicle, off gas from dashboards, and fuel pumps. Plus some 'atta girls!
Recalls for the week: 2019 BMW i3, i8: the electric motor electronics module needs to be replaced; 2019 Rolls-Royce Cullinan: The brake lights may not be bright enough – there’s a software update available; 2018-2019 McLaren Senna: Dealers needs to reroute the engine harness; 2013-2014 Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 Pickups: tailgate latch needs to be repaired; 3.5 Million 2014-2018 Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC SUVs and Pickup Trucks: the electronic brake control module needs to be reprogramed; 2018 Chevrolet Malibu: the engine control module software needs to be reprogramed; 2020 Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse: The right-hand frame rail in the engine compartment may be cracked, reducing crash performance and increasing the risk of an injury. Dealers will inspect and, as necessary, replace the SUV for free.
